About Jeff Solliday
I have been a Richmond, Virginia resident for over twenty years with an extensive 30+ year career in Property Management and Marketing. Recently, I supported more than 30 multi-family communities in the Mid-Atlantic area while tracking and analyzing marketing success. I have extensive knowledge in strategic marketing, creative branding, account management, research, interior model design and decor, and both internet and print advertising. During my career, I commuted weekly to Northern Virginia, Maryland as well as the Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill markets, all while living in the Richmond area. I have attended Colorado State University, The University of New Hampshire and J. Sargent Reynolds Community College. I am married with a “family” of two small dogs, and am dedicated to health and fitness and also enjoy time boating on Lake Gaston.
